3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. Once an appointment is confirmed, it is your responsibility to show up on time.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not receive a refund on their deposit.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delays for other clients. We reserve the right to charge for missed or shortened appointments.

4. Non-Performance or Discontinuation of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse to perform or discontinue any treatment at any time, at our discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to, the client’s health status, behavior, or any other factors that may be deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or incompatible with the treatment.

5. Payment and Fees

Pricing: All prices are listed on our website or provided at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on treatments or services.
Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card, debit card, or other methods available on our website. All payments are processed securely.
Refunds: Once services have been provided, no refunds are issued.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure an appointment. If you fail to attend the appointment or cancel/reschedule outside of our cancellation policy, the deposit will not be refunded.
Gift Cards: Gift cards must be used within one year from the date of issue. After one year, the gift card will expire and cannot be redeemed for any service.

6. Discount Codes

Use of Discount Codes: Discount codes must be applied at the time of online booking to receive the applicable discount. We will not honor any discount codes after the booking has been completed.
Right to Refuse or Discard Codes: Clinic IV reserves the right to refuse, discard, or invalidate any discount codes at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, misuse, or failure to meet the terms of the promotion.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Consultation: Before undergoing any treatment, you will have a consultation with one of our qualified professionals to determine your suitability for the treatment.
Health Status: You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications you are taking before treatment. Certain conditions may affect your eligibility for certain treatments.
Results: While we strive to achieve the best results, individual results may vary, and no outcome can be guaranteed.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any contraindications unless disclosed to our medical team.
